The Role
This is a highly personal, hands-on role supporting the founder across both home and business.
About 70% of your time will be spent in the founder’s home, managing the day-to-day details that keep life running seamlessly. The other 30% will focus on executive support, helping manage communication, priorities, and follow-through.

You are not just assisting – you are creating order, calm, and flow in a fast-moving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally notices what’s out of place, takes initiative without being asked, and finds satisfaction in making life feel lighter, smoother, and beautifully organized.

What You’ll Own

Home & Lifestyle Management

  • Maintain a consistently organized, clean, and functional home environment
  • Manage groceries, shopping, restocking, and household needs
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and order tracking
  • Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, and service providers
  • Reset and maintain spaces to a high standard
  • Anticipate needs before they arise (household, personal, and family-related)

Executive Support

  • Manage inbox and flag priorities
  • Draft responses and track follow-ups
  • Assist with calendar coordination and daily planning
  • Prepare simple daily briefs so each day feels clear and intentional

Errands, Coordination & Daily Flow

  • Run local errands efficiently and proactively
  • Coordinate appointments, reservations, and logistics
  • Act as a central point of coordination between home, office, and external vendors

Systems & Organisation

  • Build and maintain systems (inventory, tracking, routines)
  • Improve organization over time – not just maintain it

Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain systems, records, and documentation
  • Assist with light front desk support and phone coverage as needed
  • Support inventory, supplies, and basic office operations

The Role
This is not a passive assisting role.

You will be a key driver of clinical efficiency and patient experience, working closely with the doctor to ensure every procedure runs smoothly and every patient feels supported.

What You’ll Own
Chairside & Clinical Excellence

  • Assist doctor during procedures with strong 4-handed dentistry technulue
  • Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and ahead of schedule
  • Ensure all instruments, materials, and technology are ready to go
  • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols

Patient Experience

  • Prepare patients and guide them through procedures
  • Create a calm, confident, and high-touch experience
  • Anticipate patient needs and support comfort throughout visits

Flow & Team Coordination

  • Work closely with front desk and clinical team to maintain schedule flow
  • Anticipate provider needs to minimize downtime
  • Help ensure the day runs on time and without disruption

Technology & Systems

  • Work with OpenDental, Dexis, iTero, and Cerec (preferred)
  • Support accurate charting and documentation

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Open to 2 to 3 days per week
  • Potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate
